ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification Process

Businesses first fill out an application form by applying to the EKOL Certification firm. The EKOL Certification firm sends the contract and price offer to the enterprise. After signing the contract, a lead auditor is appointed for certification. The lead auditor communicates with the business and discusses the audit date, and then the documents are examined. In the examination, the conformity or non-conformity of the documentation with the relevant standard is revealed and it is checked whether the requirements of the standard are fulfilled. In case of nonconformity, corrective action forms are submitted to the business. The company under inspection determines the root causes and the deadline to eliminate the nonconformities. Problems should be resolved prior to certification or pre-audit. The certification audit is done by sampling from objective records. When the certification audit is completed, nonconformities are documented and identified with corrective-preventive actions. If the business could not solve these problems, the audit is suspended for 3 months. The certification applications of organizations that do not have a certification audit for 6 months from the application date will be ped. As a result of all these stages and document inspection, businesses that comply with the standards have their documents by hand or by cargo. Approximately two months before the certificate expires, it applies to us to extend the operating period. Every year surveillance audit is carried out by us.
