TSE PRODUCT CERTIFICATION
TSE Product Certificate is the document showing the conformity of the products or products produced by the manufacturers in our country to the Turkish standard. This standard specifies the necessary rules for certification bodies to operate third-party certification systems consistently and reliably, thus facilitating their acceptance on a national and international basis and thereby developing international trade. The rules covered in this standard have been written, first of all, to be accepted as a general criterion for organizations operating a product certification system. With the product certification audit, it is aimed to ensure the conformity of the product produced with the standard and other norm documents and to ensure its continuity. The rules covered in the standard are accepted as general criteria with the product certification system. The statement of conformity with the relevant standard and other norm documents of the product is with the certificate of conformity and product brand.
TSE PRODUCT CERTIFICATION PROCESS
With the TSE product certification program, companies can show that the products they produce comply with the relevant standards. Companies that successfully complete the certification process are entitled to receive a Certificate of Conformity to Turkish Standards for their products.
* On-Site Production Review
It is when technical experts from TSE come to the business and conduct an on-site production inspection. The targeted production is to examine quality control and equipment, and to inspect the adequacy in terms of possibilities. No sampling is taken if non-conformities that directly affect the safety of life and property are detected in the production site inspections
* Standard Detail Sampling
It is the sampling required for inspection and testing. Sampling is done under specified conditions and in accordance with the standard. The obligation to deliver the sample and, if any, the marking and labels on the samples, without any damage and without any damage to the sample, to the laboratories whose storage is determined belongs to the Applicant.
* Inspection and Experiment
Inspection and testing are carried out by laboratories whose competence has been accepted. Examinations and tests are done first and then done with the technical methods specified in the standard.
* Marking of the Product and Packaging
When the enterprise receives the TSE certificate, it will get the right to use the TSE brand. The Certificate Owner will use the TSE certificate and the relevant TSE Mark, for which it has the right to use, for its products produced at the production site written on the certificate.
*Evaluation
The production site inspection of the certification application product, the results and reports of the tests will be examined by the relevant certification units. Together with this evaluation result, it will be submitted to the certification commission for decision.
* Contract Signing and Document Preparation
The applicant is notified of the regulations returned with a positive result by the certification commission and an invitation is made to make a contract. A contract is signed with the Applicant or its authorized representative regarding the document issued and, if any, one of the TSE Brands that are granted the right to use. Applicant; gains the right to use the TSE brand associated with the certificate and certificate.
* The validity period of the document to be obtained at the end of this program is 1 year. Firms have to take the necessary actions to renew their documents as a result of this period. Provisions regarding renewal procedures are specified in Article 22 of the TSE Certification Directive.
TSE standards determine the minimum conditions for any product produced. A process design above this standard will be the choice of enterprises. However, TSE standards are very technical documents, including how a process should be designed. During the TSE certification, an appropriate auditor is ed for the operation of the enterprise. This auditor audits the inspection and test activities according to the standard items and the requirements of the process. He prepares his report according to the concrete evidence he finds. He transfers the obtained data to his report. Notes on nonconformities are included in this report. Product tests made in TSE laboratories or accredited laboratories are valid for nonconformities.

* An official document showing the legal status of the applicant organization. (Notarized)
* Signature circular of the person (s) authorized to represent and bind the applicant organization (notarized)
* Trademark registration certificate. (As used on the product and / or its packaging)
* Contract concluded between the applicant organization and the producer organization, if different.
